What CoQ10 is and what it really does

The honest verdict is that the research is genuinely mixed: some trials and reviews suggest modest relief, others find no advantage over placebo. Because CoQ10 is low-risk, many people and some clinicians consider it worth a trial for statin-associated muscle complaints, while acknowledging it may do nothing.
